Tacko Fall Stats

Tacko Fall is one of the most physically imposing players the NBA Draft has ever seen and was one of college basketball's best defensive players last season, averaging 7.6 rebounds per game (RPG) and 2.6 blocks per game (BPG). The 23-year-old center also held his own on the offensive side of the ball, averaging a respectable 11.1 points per game (PPG) during the 2018-19 season.

While he has all the physical attributes necessary to dominate at the next level, Fall is still considered a project by most scouts. The Senegalese international player excels at finishing around the basket, but he needs to expand his shooting range if he wants to see success as a pro. He also has to significantly improve from the free throw line, as he knocked down an abysmal 36.2 percent of his fouls shots last season.

Tacko Fall NBA Draft Predictions

Golden State Warriors (No. 58)

The Warriors don't have many weaknesses as of this moment, but they've had trouble finding consistency at the center position. Fall could be considered a luxury pick for Golden State, as he will need to develop before he's ready to play consistent NBA minutes. However, the Warriors can ease Fall along for as long as it takes thanks to the championship roster they already have in place. If he reaches his full potential, the UCF product could be a potential steal in the draft.

New York Knicks (No. 55)

The Knicks have been scouting Fall and have reported interest in potentially drafting him with the 55th pick. New York could possibly re-sign DeAndre Jordan and will be bringing back rookie sensation Mitchell Robinson as well. With all the success the Knicks had in developing the raw talent of Robinson last season, they could decide to take a flier on Fall in hopes of accomplishing something similar. If anything, Fall would serve as another defensive anchor on a team coached by David Fizdale.
