NASCAR Fantasy Picks for South Point 400

Kevin Harvick took home the checkered flag in last weekend's Bass Pro Shops Night Race at Bristol Motor Speedway in Tennessee. Now the NASCAR world turns its attention to the the South Point 400 in Las Vegas.

With Sunday's next NASCAR Cup Series race rapidly approaching with a 7 p.m. EST start time, let's take a look at some drivers to consider when building your fantasy lineup to win the South Point 400 this year.

South Point 400 Fantasy Picks

*Note: All career results rankings are among active drivers in this weekend's South Pount 400 with three or more appearances at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway track unless otherwise noted.

Brad Keselowski
In his 14 career performances here, Brad Keselowski boasts the best winning rate (21.43 percent), best top-5 finishing rate (50.00 percent), a tie for the best top-10 finishing rate (71.43 percent) and the third-best average finishing position (11.29). His lone dropoff here is that he tied for only the 12th-best top-20 finishing rate at 71.43 percent. Keselowski is also just one race removed from his last win after he took the checkered the flag at the Federated Auto Parts 400 at Richmond Raceway on Sept. 12.

Joey Logano
Joey Logano actually has the same number of races on this track under his belt as Keselowski, and he holds the edge over Keselowski in average finishing position too, with an 8.00 mark that proves the best in the field. Logano boasts the fourth-best winning rate (14.29 percent), second-best winning rate (42.86 percent), a tie with Keselowski for the best top-10 finishing rate (71.43 percent), second-best top-20 finishing rate (92.86 percent) and the fourth-most laps led (487).

Martin Truex Jr.
Martin Truex Jr. doesn't have the same set of career marks to boast at Las Vegas as Logano or Keselowski, but he has been impressive here lately. Truex is tied with Logano for the most wins in any driver's last six respective races on this track, with two, and he has the fourth-best average finishing position during that stretch (6.17). On his career here, though, Truex still boasts the fifth-best winning rate (11.76 percent) and the best top-20 finishing rate (94.12 percent).
