NASCAR Fantasy Picks for Quaker State 400

Kevin Harvick took home the checkered flag in Sunday's Big Machine Hand Sanitizer 400 Powered by Big Machine Records. Now the NASCAR world turns its attention south the Kentucky Speedway for the 2020 Quaker State 400 Presented by Walmart.

With Sunday's next NASCAR Cup Series race rapidly approaching with a 2:30 p.m. EST start time, let's take a look at some drivers to consider when building your fantasy lineup for this year's Quaker State 400 in Kentucky.

Quaker State 400 Fantasy Picks

*Note: All career results rankings are among active drivers in this Sunday's Quaker State 400 race with three or more appearances at the Kentucky Speedway track unless otherwise noted.

Brad Keselowski
Brad Keselowski makes for more of a boom-or-bust fantasy play at Kentucky this Sunday. Nobody has more wins (3) nor a better winning rate (33.33 percent) than Keselowski on this track, and only Kyle Busch (621) has more total laps led here than Keselowski's 524. However, his 12.33 average finishing position (No. 7), 77.78 percent top-20 finishing rate (T-No. 8), and career-low finishing mark of 39th at Kentucky aren't exactly the consistencies you would expect from the winningest driver on this track.

Kyle Busch
Kyle Busch, on the other hand, has been remarkably consistent at Kentucky, and he also has a formidable winning résumé to go along with it. Busch boasts the best career average finishing position (4.67), most total laps led (621), and he is tied with Martin Truex Jr. for the second-most wins (2) and second-highest winning rate (22.22 percent) here. Busch also really stands alone when it comes to his unbelievable, field-best 77.78 percent top-5 finishing rate. For some added perspective on his lead in this category, Keselowski has the second-best top-5 finishing rate on this track at 44.44 percent. To put it simply, Busch has appeared in nine career races at Kentucky, and he has placed in the top-5 spots in seven of them.

Erik Jones
Currently sitting with just +3500 odds of winning this Sunday's race in Kentucky, according to FanDuel Sportsbook, Erik Jones certainly makes for an intriguing dark-horse consideration in this year's Quaker State 400. Jones doesn't have nearly the same experience nor sample size on this track as Busch and Keselowski, with one-third as many races run as each of them, but he has performed well in his three appearances here . He hasn't won a race here yet, but Jones boasts the second-best average finishing position (5.33) and the best top-10 finishing rate (100.00 percent). Jones' most recent race here saw his best finish (3rd place), and he has never finished worst than 7th place at Kentucky.
