Martin Truex Jr. took home the checkered flag in the Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500. Now, the NASCAR world turns its attention toward the 2021 Toyota Owners 400 Cup Series Race at Richmond Raceway.
With Saturday's next NASCAR Cup Series race rapidly approaching with a 3 p.m. EST start time, let's take a look at some drivers to consider when building your fantasy lineup to win the 2021 Toyota Owners 400.
Toyota Owners 400 Fantasy Picks
*Note: All career results rankings are among active drivers in this weekend's Blue-Emu Maximum Pain Relief 500 with three or more appearances at the Richmond Raceway track unless otherwise noted.
Kyle Busch Fantasy
Target Kyle Busch: Kyle Busch has the highest winning percentage of any active driver in this race. He's won six of his career 30 appearances at Richmond Raceway, which translates to a 20.0% winning rate. The next closest mark is 10.75%. Busch has also been pretty effective lately, boasting two top-10 finishes and one top-five finish in his last three races.
Denny Hamlin Fantasy
Target Denny Hamlin: If Busch is historically the most productive active racer here, Denny Hamlin is a not-too-distant second. His three career wins here are tied for the second-best mark, his 10.71% winning rate is also No. 2. Plus, Hamlin has 13 top-five finishes in his 28 career appearances, which is the second-best top-five finishing rate at this track. Hamlin looks like one of the safer choices on the slate.
Joey Logano Fantasy
Target Joey Logano: Logano hasn't been that much less productive than Hamlin here, but he's the far hotter driver right now. In his last five races, Logano has four top-10 finishes, a second-place finish and a victory. He hasn't finished worse than 15th in that span. Logano also has 10 top-five finishes in 23 appearances here, suggesting he should be in contention for the checkered flag once again come Saturday.
