This week is a unique race, as it's essentially NASCAR's version of All-Star Weekend. Some of the best drivers in the sport will be racing here, with big names competing against one another for the crown.

Even though this isn't your typical NASCAR event, it's always smart to hear what those in the industry have to say before placing a bet, so here are some expert predictions for Saturday's race.

NASCAR All-Star Open Predictions

Backseat Drivers

The Backseat Drivers are going with Jimmie Johnson, who has won this event four times before.

The team at WSN is also in favor of Johnson, similarly pointing to his past dominance in this event. However, they also noted that Johnson hasn't been great in other Monster Energy Series events this season, which could open up the race to some other drivers.

Sporting News

Thomas Lott, of Sporting News, predicts this weekend will come down to a top finish between Brad Keselowski and Kyle Busch. However, Lott is ultimately siding with Keselowski to come out with the win.

Overall, two of the experts highlighted above are going with Johnson, while Sporting News is backing Keselowski to come out on top.
