Masters 2023 Participants: Who's In, Who's Out? (Top Golfers Who Will and Won't Be Playing at Augusta)

The 2023 Masters Tournament is finally here, and fans are ready to see their favorite golfers in action. However, there are some notable names that won't be participating this year.
Here's everything you need to know about who's in and who's out at the 2023 Masters.
Is Tiger Woods Playing in the 2023 Masters?
Tiger Woods' availability is always a hot topic every time The Masters rolls around. The five-time green jacket winner is confirmed to be playing in the 2023 event at Augusta National. He even took part in a practice round on Sunday morning.

Woods finished 47th in 2022 and T38 in 2021. His most recent Masters win was in 2019.
Is Phil Mickelson Playing in the 2023 Masters?
Phil Mickelson is another golfer whose Masters status can vary depending on the year. After voluntarily skipping the tournament in 2022, he's officially back for the 2023 event. This is especially notable considering Mickelson plays in the recently established LIV tour. LIV golfers are allowed to play in The Masters since it's a major and not a PGA event.
