List of Players Selected by Conference in 2023 NFL Draft

The 2023 NFL Draft has been full of excitement and surprises over the first two days. With a majority of the picks still to be made, though, Saturday should feature even more fun.

As the draft winds down, we have a good idea of which conferences will be best represented in the 2023 class. Here's the number of players drafted by conference heading into Day 3.

2023 NFL Draft Picks by Conference

The SEC currently leads all conferences with 31 draft picks through Rounds 1-3. Alabama quarterback Bryce Young headlines the group after being the No. 1 overall selection by the Carolina Panthers. Teammate Will Anderson (No. 3) and Florida QB Anthony Richardson (No. 4) joined him in the top five.

The Big Ten doesn't trail too far behind with 25 draft picks so far. Ohio State QB C.J. Stroud was the second overall selection, while teammate Paris Johnson Jr. (No. 6) and Northwestern's Peter Skoronski (No. 11) came off of the board quickly.

It's no surprise to see Alabama leading all schools with eight draft picks over the first three rounds. Meanwhile, fellow SEC rival Tennessee (5) is the only other program with more than four players selected after Day 2.
