One team that's no stranger to playing in bowl games is the Kentucky Wildcats. Here's everything you need to know about Kentucky's bowl history before making its next appearance.

Kentucky Bowl Game History

Kentucky has frequented the college football postseason throughout its history. The Wildcats have played in 22 bowls all-time.

The Wildcats made their first bowl appearance in 1947 as part of the SEC. They defeated Villanova, 24-14, at the Great Lakes Bowl that year.

Kentucky has qualified for a bowl game in each of the last seven seasons. The Wildcats most recently played in the 2022 Music City Bowl, but fell 21-0 to Iowa.
