A fight between two of the best fighters on the planet is finally happening. After being teased forever, Errol Spence Jr. and Terence Crawford have finally agreed to step in the ring together.

The long-awaited super fight will take place on July 29 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

The two will face off to become the undisputed welterweight champion. Additionally, either fighter will have the chance to trigger an immediate rematch, so we almost assuredly will get a second fight out of this one regardless of the outcome.

Both fighters come into this bout undefeated and are considered by many to be the two of the best pound-for-pound fighters in the world. This could become the biggest title fight we've seen in a long time.

The fight will be broadcast on Showtime PPV.

Spence Jr. has a career record of 28-0. He has won two of his last five fights by KO/TKO, two by unanimous decision and one by split decision. Spence's last fight was on April 16, 2022, which was a 10th-round TKO victory over Yordenis Ugas. He's won 22 of his 28 fights via knockout.

The odds represent just how big of a fight this is and how close these guys are in talent and resume. The oddsmakers have this fight set at a dead even -112 apiece on the moneyline, according to FanDuel Sportsbook's latest boxing odds.

With both fighters coming in undefeated, it makes sense that neither is the favorite in the opening odds. The betting public will determine that between now and July 29.

While the moneyline is even, there is some differentiation in the method of victory odds.

A Spence Jr. win by points is seen as the most likely outcome by the oddsmakers at +160. That is followed by a Crawford win by points (+210), Crawford by KO/TKO (+360) and finally Spence Jr. by KO/TKO (+500).

The oddsmakers expect this one to go the distance, setting the odds for that at -200 compared to +154 that the fight ends before it gets to the judges' scorecards.
