The Miami Dolphins will look to make up ground in the AFC playoff picture following their bye. Tua Tagovailoa has helped bring consistency to the offense, and this top 2020 defense has finally found its form during the team's five-game winning streak.

Now the Dolphins have added some talent to possibly give them a boost down the stretch.

Damon Arnette Dolphins

Miami has signed cornerback Damon Arnette, who was a first-round pick in 2020 by the Las Vegas Raiders, to its practice squad.

However, off-field troubles cut his time short with the Raiders. In total 13 games played with Las Vegas, Arnette made 7 starts and recorded 3 combined pass deflections.

Arnette graded poorly as a rookie, earning an abysmal 41.7 overall grade from ProFootballFocus, including a 37.5 mark in coverage while allowing 26 receptions on 32 targets.

Hopefully the former first-rounder can get back to the level he was at in college. He was a four-year starter at Ohio State, racking up 22 pass deflections, 5 interceptions and 2 forced fumbles as a Buckeye.

This is a low-risk flier for Miami, who gets an up-close look at CB with plenty of potential.
