Week 10 of the 2022 NFL season includes a matchup between two underperforming NFC West teams when the Arizona Cardinals visit the Los Angeles Rams. The Cardinals hope to change their fortunes after their uninspiring campaign continued last week with a 31-21 loss to the rival Seattle Seahawks.

Like the Cardinals, the Rams have also lost back-to-back outings ahead of this tilt. The defending Super Bowl Champions suffered a 16-13 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, made worse by the fact that the Rams were on their way to victory before giving up a touchdown with eight seconds left in the game.

Cardinals vs Rams Odds & Spread

All NFL betting lines, odds and prop bets are from FanDuel Sportsbook.
Moneyline: ARI: (+108) | LAR: (-126)
Spread: ARI: +1.5 (-110) | LAR: -1.5 (-110)
Total: 41.5 —Over: (-105) | Under: (-115)

The Rams enter this contest as slight favorites on the moneyline and spread on FanDuel Sportsbook's updated odds. This NFC West clash also features a total of 41.5, which is lower than most of the Week 10 totals.

Cardinals vs Rams Prediction & Pick

Since October 2017, the Rams have only lost to the Cardinals one time. Los Angeles is 11-1 straight up against its rival over that stretch, which includes five victories at home. Unfortunately, that trend may not continue considering that Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford is currently in concussion protocol.

While Cardinals QB Kyler Murray is dealing with a hamstring injury of his own, he's only day-to-day. Assuming he's good to go, I like Arizona's chances of outscoring Los Angeles. The Cardinals have averaged the sixth-most points (29.7) since DeAndre Hopkins' return from suspension, whereas the Rams have been held to 14 or fewer points in five of their last six games.

Even though the Rams scored a 20-12 victory over the Cardinals in Week 3, the former is too banged up at this stage. With Los Angeles having the seventh-worst scoring defense at home and the potential of Stafford not playing (or not being at 100% if he does), I like the Cardinals picking up the victory here.

Final Score Prediction: Cardinals: 26 | Rams: 17

Cardinals vs Rams Betting Trends

- Arizona is 10-4 against the spread (ATS) in its last 14 road games.
- The Rams are 2-7-1 ATS in their last 10 games.
- The total has hit the over in nine of Arizona's last 12 games played in November.
- The total has hit the under in four of the Rams' last five games against the NFC West.

Cardinals vs Rams Best Bet

The Rams might already be in bad shape, but it'll be even worse if Stafford is forced to miss the game. Even with the Cardinals having their own struggles, their offense is clicking at a rate that the Rams won't be able to match if John Wolford is under center.

Getting revenge for the Week 3 loss, back the Cardinals outright on the moneyline.

Bet: Cardinals ML (+108)
