The NFL offseason is a time for players to relax and prepare for the next season. Some spend it in private with their families, while others interact with the fans across social media. That is no different for Los Angeles rams running back Cam Akers, who recently had some fun roasting a fan on his Twitter account.

Akers tweeted out how he wanted to find a girlfriend and received a response saying that one will come along eventually if he keeps chasing his dream. Well, the second-year ball carrier didn't hold anything back when he said he was not trying to be like that.

That's just a brutal roast for that fan. This isn't the first time Akers has poked some fun at the fans and it certainly won't be the last. He is a great follow on Twitter and regularly replies to fans' comments.

Akers had a successful rookie season in 2020 rushing for 625 yards on 145 carries and scoring a total of 3 touchdowns. He also hauled in 11 receptions for 123 yards and is expected to enter the 2021 season as the Rams' starter in the backfield.
