I'm siding with Baylor on the spread as the best bet for this contest. After all, the Bears have covered the spread in four of their last five games and are 5-2 ATS in their last seven games against the Wildcats. As great as Kansas State has been against the spread, it's only 2-4 ATS in its last six games.

While it'll be a competitive game, Baylor won't have an issue winning this by at least a basket.
