The college basketball slate for Monday night is on the smaller side, but there are still some very notable matchups on the docket, including three top-25 teams in action.
First, you have No. 3 Virginia vs No. 8 North Carolina in Chapel Hill. This is the premier matchup of the night with tournament seeding implications come next month. FanDuel Sportsbook currently has that game as a pick-em.
The other two games to watch out for are both Big 12 matchups. No. 13 Kansas faces TCU on the road and, over in Waco, Oklahoma faces Baylor. Even though Kansas is ranked, it's the underdog on the road with (+135) moneyline odds. Oklahoma is also the underdog at Baylor with (+160) odds, via FanDuel Sportsbook.
As we get closer and closer to conference tournaments, these in-conference games start to mean that much more. Not all of these teams will get at-large bids into the big dance, so winning the conference tournament could be the only path into March Madness.
