Minnesota Timberwolves guard Derrick Rose looks like he is finally enjoying himself on the court once again this season, averaging just under 19 points per game. After missing the last six games with an ankle injury, and seven of the last nine, he'll return to the court this evening against the Dallas Mavericks.

Despite missing all those games recently, D-Rose is the second-leading vote-getter amongst Western Conference guards. Yes, more than everyone at the position besides Stephen Curry -- and yes, even more than James Harden!

Fan voting for the NBA All-Star game only accounts for 50 percent of the final tally but in this instance, it's 50 percent too much. Is it possible that 1,986,840 people have never watched Harden play basketball before? After all, he is on one of the most amazing runs in NBA history at the current moment.

I fully understand that fan voting is the NBA's way of keeping the public involved in the whole All-Star process, but c'mon people!

Then again, Harden might very well end up winning his second consecutive MVP award at the end of the season and we could all just look back and laugh at this.
