Carolina Panthers tight end Greg Olsen suffered a season-ending injury early in the 24-17 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Week 13. With the fantasy football playoffs starting in most leagues next week, owners will certainly need a capable fill-in at tight end to make sure they keep advancing forward.
Let's take a look at these best three replacement options available in most leagues.
3. Ian Thomas, TE - Carolina Panthers at Cleveland Browns

Considering the Panthers have a hole at tight end now, Thomas would be a logical choice to add to this list. He did catch all five of his targets in Week 13 for 46 yards in a fantastic matchup against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Next week's opponents, the Cleveland Browns, aren't as bad but they were, allowing the 10th-most FanDuel fantasy points per game (11.8) to tight ends coming into this week.
2. Rhett Ellison, TE - New York Giants at Washington Redskins

With Evan Engram on the shelf, Ellison has seen a combined 13 targets over the last two weeks while catching eight of them for 119 yards. Picking up Ellison is contingent on Ingram's status for Week 14, but he's certainly worth keeping an eye on since he's seeing so many looks.
1. Jordan Thomas, TE - Houston Texans vs. Indianapolis Colts

Thomas will become a nice option once again if Texans wide receiver Keke Coutee remains out of the lineup. In Week 13, Thomas had three catches for 32 yards and a touchdown against the Cleveland Browns. He'll have an excellent chance to do well in Week 14 against an Indianapolis Colts team that was allowing the third-most receiving yards per game (70.8) to tight ends coming into this week.
