The term "post-hype sleeper" usually refers to a player who was expected to have a breakout season, failed, and is now seemingly undervalued. Whether they are a late bloomer, overcoming an injury, or just needed a change of scenery, the following four players all have potential for major breakouts this season in fantasy football.

With that in mind, here are four post-hype sleepers for the 2019 fantasy football season.

4. Donte Moncrief, WR, Pittsburgh Steelers

Donte Moncrief is entering year six of his NFL career, and will be suiting up for his third team after playing four seasons with the Indianapolis Colts and one with the Jacksonville Jaguars. While he had some moments in Jacksonville last season (48 catches for 668 yards and three TDs), Moncrief's production likely suffered because of Blake Bortles. Moncrief will surely upgrade this year with Ben Roethlisberger as his QB, and if he can hold off James Washington for the No. two receiver role, Moncrief could produce his best season as a professional.

3. Devin Funchess, WR, Indianapolis Colts

Devin Funchess is another WR who is switching teams this season, as he joins the Colts after playing the first four years of his career with the Carolina Panthers. Funchess is a big target, who will compliment the Colts' smaller receivers in T.Y. Hilton and rookie Parris Campbell. As such, Funchess has major TD upside in 2019, and could post the first 10-score season of his career as Luck's new red zone weapon.

2. Derrius Guice, RB, Washington Redskins

The hype for Washington's rookie Derrius Guice faded quickly after he suffered a torn ACL in the Redskins' first preseason game of 2018. Since the injury occurred so early in the year, however, Guice is fully expected to return in time for Week 1 of the 2019 season. While he is currently behind Adrian Peterson on the depth chart, Washington is expected to be a run-heavy team with rookie QB Dwayne Haskins likely running the offense. Considering Peterson is getting up there in age (34), Guice could earn a significant spot in the rotation, making him a great target in fantasy drafts.

1. Jameis Winston, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

It feels like we call Jameis Winston a post-hype sleeper going into every season, as the former No. 1 pick has always tantalized with his skillset, but ultimately disappointed. Now entering his fifth season, it may be a do-or-die year for Winston, who is looking to earn a big payday heading into free agency in 2020. The big difference this year is the hiring of new coach Bruce Arians, whose ultra-aggressive offense should be the perfect match for the rocket-armed Winston. He will need to dramatically cut down on the turnovers, but if he does, Winston could finally deliver the fantasy season many have been waiting for.
