Shield Select Promotion

1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to the Shield Select Promotion (the “Promotion”), where invited participants will, on a monthly basis, be awarded a certain amount of credits (“Shields”) (ranging from 0 to 500) that they can use towards a range of Rewards based on the amount of settled cash wagers placed on the FanDuel Sportsbook as described in Section 4 below.

The Promotion is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US LLC (“FanDuel” or “Sponsor”), located at 9000 Wilshire Blvd., 2nd Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. The terms “you” or “your” mean the person who participates in this Promotion. Participation in the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion “Terms and Conditions.” Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on January 30, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”). Each calendar month in the Promotion Period a “Promotion Month.”

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who (i) received an invitation from Sponsor via their FanDuel Account (defined below) email address, (ii) are at least 21 years of age (18+ in D.C., Kentucky, and Wyoming) and are physically present in Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, the District of Columbia, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana (excluding the following parishes: Caldwell, Catahoula, Franklin, Jackson, LaSalle, Sabine, Union, West Carroll and Winn), Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, or Wyoming during the Promotion Period, (iii) have an active FanDuel Account in good standing and are not on an exclusion list or suspended, in a time out, etc. on their FanDuel Account, and (iv) otherwise comply with these Terms and Conditions, including by registering for the Promotion before participating in the Promotion (see Section 4 below), and the FanDuel VIP Rewards Program terms and conditions. Any individual who does not comply with all of the aforementioned eligibility requirements (and any other eligibility requirement set forth in these Terms and Conditions) will be disqualified from the Promotion and will forfeit the right to participate in the same and to receive Rewards, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, Rewards providers, retailers, distributors (collectively, “Promotion Entities”), and each of such employees’, officers’ and directors’ immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive Rewards. For purposes of this Promotion, “immediate family members” are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and “those living in the same household” shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not. Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive Rewards. Void where prohibited by law. For the avoidance of doubt, Sponsor will disqualify or remove those individuals who participate in this Promotion but have not been invited by Sponsor, in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Employees of FanDuel and affiliated entities, excluded persons, and individuals on self-exclusion lists are not eligible.

4. Action Required & Shield Earning

To participate in this Promotion, an eligible individual who received an invitation by Sponsor must access the Promotion hub located in the FanDuel Sports app (the “Promotion Landing Page”). Then an individual can earn Shields based on the amount of settled cash wagers placed on the FanDuel Sportsbook at the following rates:

• Less than -200: o one (1) Shield for every Forty Three Thousand Dollars ($43,000) in total wagered
• -200 to +100: o one (1) Shield for every Twenty Eight Thousand Six Hundred Thirty Nine Dollars ($28,639) in total wagered
• +100 to +300: o one (1) Shield for every Sixteen Thousand Four Hundred Eighty Nine Dollars ($16,489) in total wagered
• +300 to +400: o one (1) Shield for every Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Three Dollars ($10,853) in total wagered
• +400 to +500: o one (1) Shield for every Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Two Dollars ($9,982) in total wagered
• +500 to +800: o one (1) Shield for every Nine Thousand One Hundred Fifteen Dollars ($9,115) in total wagered •
• +800 to +1000: o one (1) Shield for every Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Six Dollars ($7,796) in total wagered
• +1000 to +1200: o one (1) Shield for every Seven Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Two Dollars ($7,252) in total wagered
• +1200 to +2000: o one (1) Shield for every Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six Dollars ($6,456) in total wagered
• +2000 to +3000: o one (1) Shield for every Five Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Dollars ($5,920) in total wagered •
• +3000 to +5000: o one (1) Shield for every Five Thousand Six Hundred Eighty Seven Dollars ($5,687) in total wagered
• +5000 to +10000: o one (1) Shield for every Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty Dollars ($5,180) in total wagered
• +10000 or Greater: o one (1) Shield for every Four Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Seven Dollars ($4,267) in total wagered
• Round Robin: o one (1) Shield for every Six Thousand Four Hundred Fifty Six Dollars ($6,456) in total wagered

Rate at which Shields are earned are determined based on FanDuel’s internal casino game classifications and are subject to change at FanDuel’s sole discretion. For more information about Shields earn rate for FanDuel Sportsbook, please contact FanDuel Support. During the Promotion Period, the number of Shields you earn will be tallied up and rounded down to the nearest Shield.

Once a Promotion Month, on or around the first Tuesday of each Promotion Month, each participant will receive and have available a certain number of Shields (ranging from 0 to 500), such amount shall be communicated to the participant in his or her Shield balance on the Promotion Landing Page, that they can use to select Rewards on their FanDuel Account until their Shield allotment runs out.

Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for the Promotion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their registration form or abide by these Terms and Conditions or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event a participant engages in behavior that is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening or illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the individual’s participation in the Promotion early.

Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to participate in the Promotion using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the participant being disqualified. Activity created by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means may result in the participant being disqualified. No illegible, incomplete, forged or altered information will be accepted. Participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and location) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in any registration form, or abide by these Terms and Conditions or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any participant, the participant’s identity will be determined by the registered account holder of the email or FanDuel Account used to register for the Promotion, but only if such person is otherwise eligible. The “registered account holder” is the person assigned an email address or username by the entity responsible for assigning it (e.g., FanDuel). Participants may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the participant will be deemed ineligible.

5. Claiming Promotion Rewards

Participants will have the opportunity to receive gifts and/or experiences (each, a “Reward” and collectively, “Rewards”) as described on the participant’s Program Landing Page within their FanDuel Account, which includes FanDuel’s on-going menu of constantly evolving selection of the most sought-after, off-market experiences around the globe. This can be VIP invitations to major sports events, private art viewings, red carpet events, secret supper clubs hosted by renowned chefs and much more.

The Rewards are limited in supply, and are available on a first-come, first-served, while supplies last basis. Using your Shield allotment to indicate your interest in certain Reward(s) on your FanDuel Account is merely a request to receive that Reward and does not guarantee that you will receive that Reward. By using your Shields to select certain Rewards, Sponsor makes no commitment or guarantee to you that you will receive that Reward. Sponsor will provide you with more details about the Reward(s) that you have selected in a commercially reasonably time after you select your Reward(s), as described below, and more information on each of the Rewards will be available on the participant’s Program Landing Page. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply to the Rewards.

After using your Shields to select Reward(s) on your FanDuel Account, you will receive an email to your FanDuel Account email address with next steps and information regarding your Reward(s), including that Sponsor’s customer account manager will reach out at a later date to coordinate scheduling or redeeming your Reward, if applicable. If you used your Shields to indicate your interest in a Reward but are not selected by Sponsor to receive the Reward, you may receive an alternate available Reward, as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, by communicating your request to Sponsor’s customer account manager via email or another method communicated to you by Sponsor. The Rewards are subject to the FanDuel VIP Rewards Program terms and conditions, please review such terms and conditions prior to your selection of any Rewards.

During the Promotion Period, you may withdraw from Reward(s) that you have selected and your Reward will be forfeited; however, Sponsor may not refund your Shields used for such Reward(s), in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor also reserves the right to block your ability to use your Shields for the same Reward that you forfeited or issue you an alternate Reward should you withdraw from the Reward during the Promotion Period. After the Promotion Period expires, if you no longer wish to receive the Reward(s) that you selected with your Shields, you may notify Sponsor that you no longer wish to receive the Reward(s) by contacting Sponsor’s customer account manager via email; your Reward(s) may be forfeited, however no alternate Reward(s) or compensation may be provided to you by Sponsor.

For clarity, if a participant does not submit their interest in any Rewards using their Shields on the participant’s FanDuel Account during the Promotion Period, such participant will not receive any Rewards in this Promotion. A participant’s redemption of any Shields shall also be subject to the FanDuel VIP Program Terms and Conditions, located at: https://www.fanduel.com/vipprogram/terms. Sponsor reserves the right, but has no obligation, to modify the period of time in which a participant who receives Rewards in connection with this Promotion has to use such Rewards. Rewards are non-transferable, with no equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Reward recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Rewards received, regardless of whether the Rewards, in whole or in part, is used. Rewards values may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. All Rewards details not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Rewards details and availability are subject to change and rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the recipient with their Rewards, Sponsor may elect to provide recipient with the approximate value of such Rewards in cash or award an alternate offering of comparable or greater value. Rewards are delivered “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The ARV of a Reward is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Rewards awarded to a recipient may be reported for tax purposes as required by law (value reported for tax purposes will be determined based on IRS value rules). Participants may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number before a Rewards will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099/information reports may be issued in the name of recipient. Unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Rewards or any Rewards that is undeliverable or does not reach the recipient because of incorrect or changed FanDuel Account information or other recipient information. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and recipients will not receive any difference between the actual value of a Rewards at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Terms and Conditions or in any Promotion-related correspondence or material.

6. Registration Procedures

To qualify for the Promotion, eligible individuals must register for an active FanDuel member account and verify your identity in order to play on the FanDuel Sportsbook app (“FanDuel Account”). Creating a FanDuel Account at www.fanduel.com or https://sportsbook.fanduel.com is free. By submitting your information and creating a FanDuel Account, however, participants will be required to agree to the FanDuel Terms of Use (https://www.fanduel.com/terms) (toggle to “Sportsbook”) and consent to the FanDuel Privacy Policy (https://www.fanduel.com/fanduel-sportsbook-privacy-policy). If you do not agree to FanDuel’s Terms of Use and consent to FanDuel’s Privacy Policy, you cannot create a FanDuel Account or participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation Registration Procedures

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3 above, Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, revoke or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in this Promotion for any reason, in our sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law.

Participants entering the Promotion concurrently with wording, depiction, images or actions that Sponsor considers, in its sole discretion, to be vulgar, profane, offensive or otherwise inappropriate shall not be eligible to participate in the Promotion.

8. Wagering Requirements

See Section 4. Any wager placed prior to the beginning of or after the expiration of the Promotion Period will not be deemed to earn any Shields. Wagers shall only earn Shields in the Promotion Month in which such wager settles. Wagers that are settled using the “Cash Out” feature will not be deemed to earn any Shields. Separately, wagers placed using site credits, bonus bets or any bonus received from a separate Sponsor promotion will not be deemed to earn any Shields.

11. Restrictions on Withdrawal

Rewards are not transferable and cannot be substituted except in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any unused Shields will be automatically withdrawn from your FanDuel Account after six (6) months of inactivity (having zero settled wagers) of your FanDuel Account.

12. Cancellation

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer support at https://support.fanduel.com/s. For customers located in New York, complaints may be made with the New York State Gaming Commission. For customers located in Tennessee, complaints may be filed directly with the Tennessee Sports Wagering Council.

14. Additional Legal Terms

Administration: Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any person from participating in this Promotion for any reason. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor’s control (each, a “Force Majeure” event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (ii) to disqualify any participant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike manner.

Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability: By participating in this Promotion, individuals agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (including attorneys’ fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of any Rewards, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor’s own negligence; (iii) compliance with any FanDuel or Rewards provider terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms and conditions; (iv) the Released Parties’ actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity or Rewards. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any Rewards.

Publicity: Subject to applicable law and except as prohibited in the State of Tennessee, recipients irrevocably grant the Promotion Entities and each of their licensees, successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by any and all means and media (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for providing the Rewards to recipients. By participating in the Promotion, recipients agree to refrain from any behavior or communication that would harm the image or reputation of the Promotion Entities or the FanDuel user community.

No Third-Party Sponsor: This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than FanDuel. References to third parties are for reference and identification purposes only and are not intended to suggest sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation with FanDuel or the Promotion.

Governing Law: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of recipients and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

Dispute Resolution: You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the “Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver” Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use (https://www.fanduel.com/terms) (toggle to “Sportsbook”). This Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use requires you to resolve disputes by binding arbitration and you agree to waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, INDIVIDUALS AGREE THAT TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW: (I) ANY AND ALL DISPUTES, CLAIMS AND CAUSES OF ACTION ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THE PROMOTION OR ANY PROMOTION BONUS REDEEMED WILL BE RESOLVED INDIVIDUALLY, WITHOUT RESORT TO ANY FORM OF CLASS ACTION; (II) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS’ FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (III) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY PARTICIPANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND PARTICIPANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (IV) PARTICIPANT’S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND PARTICIPANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Miscellaneous: No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Entry Information and Promotion Communications: As a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information participant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with participant in relation to this Promotion. By participating in the Promotion, recipient consents to all of the terms and conditions of FanDuel’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.fanduel.com/fanduel-sportsbook-privacy-policy.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE SPONSOR’S WEBSITES OR APPS OR TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PROMOTION OFFERED BY SPONSOR IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
