FanDuel MLB Playoffs Baseball Jar Contest

1. Description of Promotion

Welcome to the FanDuel MLB Playoffs Baseball Jar Contest promotion (the "Promotion"), where participants enter for a chance to win a trip for two (2) to the 2027 MLB World Series (as further described in Section 5 below) by correctly guessing the number of baseballs contained in the Contest Jar (as defined below).

The Promotion is sponsored by Betfair Interactive US, LLC ("FanDuel" or the "Sponsor"), located at 9000 Wilshire Blvd., 2nd Floor, Beverly Hills, CA 90211. The terms "you" or "your" mean the person who participates in this Promotion. Participation in this Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Promotion "Terms and Conditions." Promotion participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by the Sponsor.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion will begin at 5:00 PM Eastern Time ("ET") on October 12, 2026, and end at 11:59 PM ET on the final day of the 2026 MLB World Series (the "Promotion Period").

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is only open to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically present in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, or Wyoming during the Promotion Period.

You may only enter into this Promotion one (1) time and only earn one (1) Prize. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, the MLB Entities (as defined below), and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, offer item providers, retailers, distributors (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and each of such employees', officers' and directors' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize.

For purposes of this Promotion, "immediate family members" are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and "those living in the same household" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or receive a Prize.

"MLB Entities" means Sponsor, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated, and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC, and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, and agents of the foregoing entities.

4. Action Required

During the Promotion Period, open FanDuel.com/Homers to access the Promotion Landing Page, the following all the instructions on the Promotion Landing Page, including submitting your guess for the number of baseballs contained in the jar rendered on the Promotion Landing Page, and clicking the "Submit" button, to receive one (1) Entry (your "Entry").

In addition to the jar rendered on the Promotion Landing Page, Sponsor will have one or more similar jars located in person at MLB playoff games during the Promotion Period. Each such jar shall have an identical number of baseballs within it as the jar rendered on the Promotion Landing Page (each such jar and collectively all such jars, the "Jar"). Any Entry submitted will be guessing towards that number of baseballs.

Limit one (1) Entry per person. Any Entry submitted after already submitting an Entry will not qualify as an eligible Entry. No purchase or deposit is necessary in order to submit an Entry. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified.

Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Terms and Conditions may be disqualified from the Promotion at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and residence) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned.

In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any participant who submits an Entry, the Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email or other account from which it was sent but only if such person is otherwise eligible. The "registered account holder" is the person assigned an email address or username by the entity responsible for assigning it (e.g., FanDuel, Yahoo). Winners may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. If a dispute cannot be resolved to the Sponsor's satisfaction, the Entry will be deemed ineligible.

Sponsor's designated database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Promotion. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their virtual card, or abide by these Terms and Conditions or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified.

All entrants submitting materials/content as part of the Promotion will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Promotion Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant's name, social media account username and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof.

Entrants represent and warrant that the materials submitted will not infringe or violate any right whatsoever, including, without limitation, any personal rights (e.g., defamation, privacy, false light, moral right, etc.) or any property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, right to ideas, etc.) of any person or entity and the use thereof will result in no third-party liability or obligations.

The Promotion Entities may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) campaign, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other.

5. Claiming Promotion Offer

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions, the participant whose Entry was closest to the correct number of baseballs within the Jar without going over such number will be declared the official "Winner" of the Prize (as defined below).

The winner will receive (i) roundtrip economy airfare for the winner and a companion to the location of a game of the 2027 MLB World Series, (ii) two (2) tickets to such game of the 2027 MLB World Series, and (iii) hotel accommodations for two (2) nights in or around the city where such game of the 2027 MLB World Series is taking place (collectively, the "Prize"), with a total approximate retail value ("ARV") of four thousand dollars ($4,000).

Odds of winning depend on a participant's knowledge and ability to guess the number of baseballs contained in the Jar. The purchase of any goods or services will not increase any participant's chances of winning. In the event that two or more participants are tied for being the closest guess to the number of baseballs in the Jar without going over, the Winner shall be chosen in a random drawing from among all such participants.

Winner Notification

Winner will be notified via email address associated with the Entry that was the winning Entry in a commercially reasonably time after the completion of the Promotion Period. Winner must communicate acceptance of the Prize to Sponsor within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Any transportation provided as part of the Prize will only be provided to or from airports located in the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Each potential Winner may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility / release of liability / Prize acceptance agreement (collectively, the "Affidavit") and return the Affidavit within the time period specified at notification before being eligible to receive their Prize.

If a potential Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor or if the Prize or Prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner. If a potential Winner fails to respond and/or collect their Prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such potential Winner and to select an alternate potential Winner from the remaining qualifying participants.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, insufficient space in entrant's email account to receive email messages or any failed attempts to notify the Winner, and no responsibility is assumed by the Promotion Entities for any correspondence returned as undeliverable or any other problems associated with attempts to notify the Winner.

If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or if a potential Winner cannot attend or participate in any portion of the Prize, or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected.

If, for any reason, more bona fide Winners come forward seeking to claim Prize in excess of the number of each type of Prize set forth in these Terms and Conditions, the Winner, or remaining Winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of Prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such Prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances.

Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Terms and Conditions, of administration of the Promotion, and of selection of the Winner. Decisions of Sponsor as to the selection of the Winner will be final.

Prize Details

The Prize awarded by Sponsor to the Winner consists of:

• Two (2) roundtrip economy airline tickets to be used by the Winner and one (1) companion via a Sponsor-selected air carrier(s) to/from a major commercial airport selected by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion
• A two (2) night hotel stay (one (1) standard room based on double occupancy) to be used by the Winner and one (1) companion in/near the location of a game of the 2027 MLB World Series
• Two (2) tickets to a game of the 2027 MLB World Series, such game to be chosen by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor's designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Winner must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate randomly selected Winner may be chosen. Tickets to the game of the 2027 MLB World Series will be delivered to the Winner in a manner determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion within thirty (30) days of the game.

Travel Requirements

Winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their companion to provide proper documentation (including government issued picture identification). Companion must be at least twenty one (21) years of age or another age as communicated by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, as of the date of departure.

All aspects of the travel portions of the Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles.

Travel must be booked by the date communicated to you by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion and all travel must be completed by the date communicated to you by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes.

Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Terms and Conditions. The round trip air transportation element for the Prize begins and ends at the point of departure.

The Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor's terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Winner's proximity to Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Winner.

Sponsor Responsibilities and Limitations

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, Prize providers or any other persons providing any Prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed Prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay.

No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other Prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional Prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Winner at the time of Prize notification.

Winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.

Winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Promotion, and those set forth by Sponsor's transportation carriers of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.

Expenses and Additional Costs

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely Winner's responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the winner's destinations, travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, additional food or alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges.

Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Winner.

Event Cancellation and Conduct

If, for whatever reason, the Prize or game associated with the Prize is cancelled after such Prize is awarded, Sponsor's liability for the Prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the Prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of a cancelled game or event.

The tickets to the games are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the facility hosting the event, and Sponsor disclaims any liability in connection with such terms and conditions and requirements, including, but not limited to, any facility or Prize provider restrictions in honoring the tickets associated with the Prize.

Seat locations will be determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner is strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing beforehand.

In the event that the Winner (and/or their companion) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor, the game venue or any Prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early.

Decisions regarding the conduct of the Winner and companion in all aspects of their participation in any Prize-related game/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor, and any of Sponsor's representatives and final and binding in all respects.

Winner and companion may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the Prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate act.

If Winner or companion, in the opinion of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, they may be removed from any premises relating to the Prize and the Winner consents to such removal. Winner and companion must abide by all applicable venue policies including any rules and regulations related to COVID-19.

Tax and Prize Conditions

Prize recipient will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prize received, regardless of whether the Prize, in whole or in part, is used. Prize is non-transferable, with no equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

All Prize details not specified in these Terms and Conditions will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and Prize provider's rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the Winner with their Prize, Sponsor may elect to provide Winner with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value.

The Prize is awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).

The ARV of the Prize is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number before the Prize will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Winner.

Unclaimed Prize will be forfeited. Prize, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Promotion Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach the Winner because of an incorrect or changed address, account name, etc.

If the Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited, and the Promotion Entities will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize.

The Promotion Entities are not responsible for, and Winner will not receive the difference, in any, between the actual value of the Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Terms and Conditions or in any Promotion-related correspondence or material.

Limit of one (1) Prize per person in connection with this Promotion.

By participating in this Promotion, participants agree to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy (https://www.fanduel.com/privacy) and these Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in this Promotion.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3, FanDuel reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Promotion for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you fail to take advantage of any promotion in good faith. This Promotion is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Entry per person in this Promotion. Limit of one (1) Prize per person in this Promotion.

Administration

Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Promotion is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any person from participating in this Promotion for any reason.

In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Promotion by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Promotion by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each, a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion.

Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Promotion; or (ii) to disqualify any participant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; (b) acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions; or (c) acting in an unsportsmanlike manner.

Any questions relating to eligibility, these Terms and Conditions or any other questions concerning this Promotion will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Terms and Conditions to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability

By participating in this Promotion, individuals agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and each of their directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (including attorneys' fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses in connection with: (i) your participation in the Promotion; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Promotion-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor's own negligence; (iii) compliance with any terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms and conditions; (iv) the Released Parties' actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Promotion activity or Prize.

Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any Prize.

Publicity

Subject to applicable law, recipients irrevocably grant the Promotion Entities and each of their licensees, and its and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion, in all forms of media and by any and all means and media (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for providing the Prizes to recipients.

By participating in the Promotion, recipients agree to refrain from any behavior or communication that would harm the image or reputation of the Promotion Entities or the FanDuel user community.

No Third-Party Sponsor

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than FanDuel.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions or the rights and obligations of recipients and Sponsor in connection with the Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Promotion or these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the "Binding arbitration and class action waiver" Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use (fanduel.com/terms). This Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use requires you to resolve disputes by binding arbitration and you agree to waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Miscellaneous

No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms and Conditions, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Terms and Conditions. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof.

In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Promotion-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

Government employees and elected or appointed officials may be subject to ethics rules and limitations. These participants should consult their ethics office before accepting Prizes. By accepting a Prize, they are confirming they are allowed to do so under any gift or ethics rules that may apply to them.

Entry Information and Promotion Communications

As a condition of participating in this Promotion, each participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Promotion and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information participant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with participant in relation to this Promotion.

By participating in the Promotion, recipient consents to all of the terms and conditions of FanDuel's Privacy Policy, which is available at fanduel.com/privacy.
