The Promotion will commence with a “Qualifying Period” starting at 12:01am ET on Wednesday, March 15, 2017 and ending at 11:59pm ET on Tuesday, March 21, 2017, followed by a “Playoff Period” that runs from Thursday, March 23, 2017 through Tuesday, March 28, 2017.

The Promotion will feature March to the Playoffs contests (“Featured Contests”) each day during the Qualifying Period. Players will earn an “Aggregate Score” based on a combination of their top three scores from Featured Contests. All Featured Contests will be single entry contests with a $7 entry fee and will be displayed in the lobby each day during the Qualifying Period. Any instance of registering multiple accounts on FanDuel in order to gain more than one entry into a Featured Contest will result in automatic disqualification from the Featured Contest and the Promotion as well as potential suspension from FanDuel.

At the end of the Qualifying Period, the sixteen (16) players with the highest Aggregate Score (“Finalists”) will win an entry into the Playoffs. Players must enter at least three (3) Featured Contests to be eligible for the Playoffs or any prizes from this Promotion. Players are only eligible to win one entry into the Playoffs. The next 235 players with the highest Aggregate Score will win an FDP reward as per the table below:

The Playoffs will be a 4 round, 16-person, single elimination bracket style contest that will begin on March 23, 2017 and end on March 28, 2017. Each Playoffs round will consist of a Head-to-Head contest (each a “Playoff Contest”) between the eligible Finalists. The bracket seeding for the Playoffs will be determined based on a player’s finishing position on the “Leaderboard”, based on Aggregate Score, at the conclusion of the Qualifying Period. The dates for each round of the Playoff can be found in the table below:

All Finalists will earn a prize based on the round of the playoffs in which they are eliminated, as per the table below.

The Finalist that survives all 4 rounds will win the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Winner”). The Grand Prize Winner will be awarded with four tickets to an NBA playoff game, plus a $2,000 credit to cover travel expenses for them and their guests. (“Grand Prize”). Approximate retail value of the Grand Prize (“ARV”) is $5,000. Travel credit for Grand Prize Winner will be deposited in winner’s account within 48 hours. Grand Prize Winner is responsible for booking and paying for his or her flight and hotel with the travel credit. FanDuel will not provide more cash than initially deposited; winner will be responsible for any excess travel costs. Grand Prize Winner also has the option to take the cash value of the prize ($5,000) in lieu of accepting the trip package. Grand Prize Winner must submit this request in writing within 72 hours of being awarded the prize.

Standard FanDuel NBA scoring rules apply to all Featured Contests and all Playoff Contests. You can find all scoring rules at https://www.fanduel.com/rules.

In the event of a tie for a Finalist position during the Qualifying Period based on Aggregate Score, the player with the highest unique lineup score in any Featured Contest will determine the superior finishing position. If a tie remains, then the second highest lineup score in any Featured Contest will determine the superior finishing position; if a tie still remains, then the third highest lineup score in any Featured Contest will determine the winner. This method will continue until a winner has been determined. If a winner cannot be determined using this method, then the tied FanDuel players will participate in a tie-breaking NBA contest on March 22, 2017. In the event of a tie in a Playoffs Contest, the winner will be determined by the FanDuel player with the highest individual basketball player score in his lineup. If a tie remains, then the second highest individual basketball player score on the tied players’ teams will determine the superior finishing position; if a tie still remains, then the third highest individual basketball player score on the remaining tied players’ teams will determine the winner. This method will continue until a winner has been determined. If a winner cannot be determined using this method, then the FanDuel player with the highest seeding in the Playoffs will be the winner.

All US and Canadian residents who comply with our eligibility rules for paid entry games in our Terms of Use are eligible to win a prize as part of this Promotion. Users physically located in Alabama, Arizona, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Montana, Nevada, Texas and Washington are not eligible to participate or win a prize in this Promotion. FanDuel employees may enter the competition for testing purposes but are not eligible to win any prizes. Employees and operators of other daily fantasy sports sites are not eligible for this Promotion.

All US resident prize winners will be required to provide address and social security details prior to receiving their prize if their prize exceeds $600 in value. Winners are responsible for paying all taxes, fees, registration and insurance, for any prizes won in connection with this contest, including non-cash prizes.

The decisions made by FanDuel management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring, rules, prizes and compliance is in accordance with FanDuel’s Terms of Use. No correspondence will be entered into. FanDuel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (such as technical failures, errors, acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, changes in applicable law, interruption in the NBA season, failure of stats provider, and failure to obtain a minimum number of entrants).

FanDuel may require prize winners to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility to confirm their identity and eligibility for the Promotion.

In consideration for the opportunity to participate in the Promotion, and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I agree as follows:

• I represent that I am over 18 years of age. I agree hereby to provide government-issued photo identification to FanDuel to verify my identity and date of birth.
• I represent that I am not an employee or operator of another daily fantasy site that charges entrance fees or offers cash prizes. Further, I represent that I do not, by virtue of affiliation with another daily fantasy site, have access to the site’s pre-release non-public confidential data about contest-related information.
• I reaffirm my agreement to:

• The FanDuel Terms of Use, provided at (https://www.fanduel.com/terms); and
• The March to the Playoffs contest rules, provided at FanDuel.com/One-on-One-championship

• I agree to refrain from any behavior or communication during the March to the Playoffs promotion that would harm the image or reputation of FanDuel, or the FanDuel user community.
