Brown rushed 18 times for 81 yards and a touchdown and added five catches for 37 yards during the 2022 season.

The eight-year veteran spent most of the season bouncing in and out of the practice squad, and his 81 rushing yards marked his lowest season-long tally since the 2016 season. Brown will be a unrestricted free agent heading into 2023, and with Cam Akers, Kyren Williams and Ronnie Rivers all returning for the Rams next season, Brown may be looking for a new home to provide veteran depth.

Brown's lone touch of the game was an up the gut rush on third down, and the veteran back went untouched as he scampered his way to the end zone for the Rams' only touchdown of the game. Despite the score, Brown's usage remained limited at just eight offensive snaps, and with Cam Akers continuing his late season resurgence with another eye-popping stat line (19-123-0), there's little reason to think Brown will get an extended look in the season finale against the Seahawks.

Brown saw the field for just six snaps on offense, but made the most of his scant usage by breaking off a 17-yard run early in the fourth quarter, helping to set up Cam Akers for his third and final touchdown of the game. Brown is still third on the depth chart behind Akers and rookie Kyren Williams, and the veteran is unlikely to jump either player as the Rams try to see what they have in their younger backs in the final two games of a lost season.

Brown has appeared in six different games with the Rams this season and so far has carried the ball 15 times for 39 yards and has caught all four of his targets for 35 yards. Brown will be the third option in the run game, as Cam Akers and Kyren Williams should be expected to handle the majority of the carries.

Brown was elevated from the practice squad for Thursday's 17-16 win over the Raiders. He was on the field for eight offensive snaps and managed three total touches for 17 yards. If Brown is elevated again, he'll work behind both Cam Akers and Kyren Williams.
