The Las Vegas Raiders released wide receiver Henry Ruggs. Ruggs is facing a felony DUI charge following a crash that resulted in the death of a 23-year-old woman. At this point, it's uncertain whether Ruggs will ever play in the NFL again. Bryan Edwards could see more targets and Zay Jones may play more snaps moving forward. The Raiders will face the New York Giants in Week 9. Ruggs has accounted for 36-of-255 targets (14.1%) of the Raiders' targets this season.
