Conley and the 49ers agreed to terms on a one-year deal Monday, Ian Rapoport of NFL Network reports.
What it means:
Conley bounced between the Titans' practice squad and active roster last year after spending time with both the Texans and Chiefs earlier in the season, and he caught four of his five targets for 46 yards in seven games. The 2015 third-round pick will now head to San Francisco for the upcoming campaign and will likely compete for a spot as a depth receiver.
