FanDuel 2026 CFL Grey Cup Catch of Destiny Sweepstakes

1. Description of Sweepstakes

Welcome to the FanDuel 2026 CFL Grey Cup Contest (the "Contest"), where two (2) winners selected in a random drawing will receive the following prize, as further described in Section 5 below: (i) solely for the Ontario Winner, roundtrip airfare for two (2) to Calgary, Alberta, (ii) two (2) tickets to 2027 CFL Grey Cup, and (iii) three (3) night hotel accommodation in Calgary, Alberta for the winner and one (1) companion. Each winner will also receive an opportunity to compete against one another for the chance to attempt to catch a football prior to the 2026 CFL Grey Cup which could win them the Grand Prize, as further described in Section 5 below.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by FanDuel Canada ULC ("FanDuel" or the "Sponsor"), located at 225 - 6th Avenue SW, #2700, Calgary, AB T2P 1N2 Canada. The terms "you" or "your" mean the person who participates in this Sweepstakes. Participation in the Sweepstakes is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of these Sweepstakes "Official Rules." Sweepstakes participants may be required to sign paperwork issued by Sponsor.

2. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes will begin on or around 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on October 10, 2026, and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. ET on October 25, 2026 (the "Sweepstakes Period").

3. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is only open to individuals who are at least 19 (18+ in Alberta) years of age, are physically present in Ontario or Alberta during the Sweepstakes Period, are not a current professional football player or coach, and have not been a professional football player or coach. If your Social Insurance number is associated with another FanDuel Account in Sponsor's database, you may only win one (1) Prize with respect to all such FanDuel Accounts participating in this Sweepstakes. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its parent companies, and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, cable/satellite affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, offer item providers, retailers, distributors (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and each of such employees', officers' and directors' immediate family members and/or those living in the same household (whether legally related or not) of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or receive a Prize.

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, "immediate family members" are defined as spouse, partner, parents, legal guardians, in-laws, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren and "those living in the same household" shall mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether legally related or not.

Individuals who have entered any self-limited or government agency self-exclusion program or have been otherwise excluded from casinos by a government agency, Sponsor or one of its affiliates or gaming license partners and persons on a Disassociated Patrons, Self-Limit, Involuntary Exclusion, Voluntary Exclusion or Self Exclusion List in jurisdictions which Sponsor or its affiliates or gaming license partners operate are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes or receive a Prize.

4. Action Required

There is one (1) method of entry to receive an entry into the "Drawing" (each, an "Entry"):

During the Sweepstakes Period, open FanDuel.com/Homers to access the Sweepstakes Landing Page, then following all the instructions on the Sweepstakes Landing Page, including submitting any required information, and clicking the "Submit" button, to receive one (1) Entry. There is no fee associated with this Method of Entry.

Limit of one (1) Entry per person. Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit multiple Entries by using multiple or false contact information, accounts or otherwise may result in the entrant being disqualified. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

Entries submitted by entrants who do not meet the eligibility requirements (including all requirements with respect to age and location) are void. All materials submitted become the physical property of Sponsor and will not be returned. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, Entry will be deemed submitted by the registered account holder of the email address associated with the Entry or social media or other account for the domain associated with the submitted address provided that person is eligible. Winners may be required to show proof of being the registered account holder. "Registered account holder" is defined as the person assigned to an email address or username by an internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses or usernames. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an Entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor's satisfaction, the affected Entry will be deemed ineligible.

Sponsor's designated database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes. Those who do not follow all of the instructions, provide the required information in their entry form, or abide by these Official Rules or other instructions of Sponsor may be disqualified. All entrants submitting materials/content as part of the Sweepstakes will be non-exclusively licensing (with the unlimited right to sublicense) to Sweepstakes Entities the right to use such materials, and the images related thereto (including entrant's name, social media account username and likeness), for any purpose (including any and all commercial purposes) with the right to modify the materials and make derivative works thereof.

Entrants represent and warrant that the materials submitted will not infringe or violate any right whatsoever, including, without limitation, any personal rights (e.g., defamation, privacy, false light, moral right, etc.) or any property rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, right to ideas, etc.) of any person or entity and the use thereof will result in no third party liability or obligations. The Sweepstakes Entities may run multiple campaigns, contests, sweepstakes or other promotions simultaneously. Entry into one (1) campaign, contest or sweepstakes does not constitute entry into any other.

5. Claiming Sweepstakes Prizes/Odds

On or around October 26, 2026, two (2) "Winners" will be selected by a random drawing from all Entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, one (1) winner selected from all Entries from Ontario and one (1) winner from all Entries from Alberta (the "Drawing"). The following prize can be won by the winners (The "Prize"):

Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules, potential winners will be declared official "Winners" of the Sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend on the total number of Entries received during the Sweepstakes. The purchase of any goods or services will not increase any participant's chances of winning.

Winner Notification

Winners will be notified via email within 72 hours of the Drawing. Notification is deemed to have occurred immediately upon sending of such email. Winners will also be notified via email with instructions on how to obtain their Prize in a commercially reasonable time after the Drawing. Winners must communicate to Sponsor their Prize acceptance within the timeframe specified by Sponsor otherwise the Prize may be forfeited. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in entrant's email Account to receive messages.

Travel Requirements

All travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor or Sponsor's designee. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply. The Winner must travel as and when designated by Sponsor or the Prize may be forfeited, and an alternate randomly selected Winner may be chosen. Winner and their travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary and possess all required travel documents, including visas and valid passports, if and as applicable. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their companion to provide proper documentation (including government issued picture identification). Companion must be at least nineteen (19) years of age or another age as communicated by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion, as of the date of departure.

All aspects of the travel portions of the Prize must be conducted on such dates as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. The dates of departure and return are subject to change at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Airline tickets are non-refundable/non-transferable and are not valid for upgrades and/or frequent flyer miles. Travel must be booked by and all travel must be completed by the dates communicated to you by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion. All airline tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages and schedule or route changes. Sponsor reserves the right to structure travel route and select hotels in its sole and absolute discretion. Winner will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules. If applicable, the round trip air transportation element for the Prize begins and ends at the point of departure. The Prize is subject to seat and hotel availability, as well as Sponsor's terms and conditions generally applicable thereto. If in the judgment of Sponsor air travel is not required due to Winner's proximity to Prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for roundtrip air travel at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. The difference in value will not be awarded to the Winner.

Sponsor Responsibilities and Limitations

Sponsor shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carriers, hotels, venue operators, transportation companies, Prize providers or any other persons providing any Prize-related services or accommodations. Sponsor is not liable for any missed Prize events, opportunities or expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay or ground transportation delay. No refund or compensation will be made in the event of the cancellation or delay of any transportation or other Prize element except at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor. Additional Prize award details and travel information to be provided to the Winner at the time of Prize notification. Winner and companion are responsible for obtaining travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) at their option and hereby acknowledge that Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance. Winner may be required to provide a credit card at the time of hotel check-in. Travel companion must execute liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Once a travel companion is selected, they may not be substituted, except in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes, and those set forth by Sponsor's transportation carriers of choice. Lost, stolen or damaged airline tickets, travel vouchers or certificates will not be replaced or exchanged.

Expenses and Additional Costs

All expenses not specifically mentioned herein are not included as part of any Prize package, and are solely Winner's responsibility, including, but not limited to: hotel taxes, additional ground transportation at the winner's destinations, travel insurance, room service, bag check fees, parking fees, laundry service, additional food or alcoholic beverages, merchandise, souvenirs, telephone calls, tips, gratuities and service charges. Transportation carrier and hotel regulations and conditions apply. Travel and lodging are subject to availability, and any changes made to either of these will be at the expense of the Winner.

Event Tickets and Venue Rules

The specific location of the tickets in the venue will be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Individuals will be solely responsible for all costs/expenses not expressly covered per these Official Rules. The Winner will need an active Ticketmaster account to receive the Prize; creating a Ticketmaster account on ticketmaster.com is free. If, for whatever reason, the game or any event associated with the Prize is cancelled or postponed after the Prize is awarded, the Sweepstakes Entities' liability for the Prize is limited only to the non-event portions of the Prize. No compensation will be paid in lieu of the cancelled or postponed event. The tickets to the event are subject in all respect to the terms and conditions set forth on the tickets and any requirements of the venue or the Sweepstakes Entities. Seat locations (if applicable) will be determined by Sponsor. Winners are strictly prohibited from selling, auctioning, trading or otherwise transferring the tickets unless Sponsor consents in writing.

Conduct and Removal

In the event that a Winner (and/or their companion) engages in behavior that (as determined by Sponsor or any Prize provider in its or their sole and absolute discretion) is obnoxious, inappropriate, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the applicable experience early. Sponsor reserves the right to revoke the full or partial tickets from any Winner or guest who Sponsor or venue personnel deem, in their sole discretion, may be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law or bring the Sweepstakes Entities into disrepute. Decisions regarding the conduct of the Winners and guests in all aspects of their participation in any Prize event/activity will be in the sole discretion of Sponsor and any of Sponsor's representatives and shall be final and binding in all respects. Winners and guests may be removed or disqualified from participating in any aspect of the Prize for any reason at any time, including, without limitation, creating an unauthorized disturbance, interruption or unnecessarily rough physical contact, creating the potential for injury or property damages, or for any unhealthy, unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate act. If a Winner or guest who, in the opinion of Sponsor or any of Sponsor's representatives, is considered a physical or mental threat to the well-being of any other individual, they may be removed from any premises relating to the Prize and Winner consents to such removal. Each Winner and guest must abide by all applicable venue policies including any rules and regulations related to COVID-19.

Punt Catching Competition

The two Winners will be invited to a location of Sponsor's sole determination on November 14, 2026. At such location the two Winners will each be given an opportunity to attempt to catch a punt three (3) times. For the purposes of these Official Rules, an attempt will be deemed successful only if a participant (i) successfully catches the punted football on the fly and (ii) no part of the football comes in contact with the ground prior to the football being caught and held onto by the participant. The Winner that catches the most punts in their three attempts will be considered the winner of the competition between the two. In the event of a tie after each Winner has had three attempts, each participant will receive a subsequent punt until only one participant catches a punt in that tie breaking round. The Winner that wins this competition will be invited to participate in the final CFL Grey Cup Catch of Destiny opportunity.

The Sponsor shall provide such Winner with time and location details for the Winner to arrive at the CFL Grey Cup prior to the Grey Cup taking place. At the Grey Cup, during the live pre-game television broadcast such Winner will have the opportunity to attempt to catch a single punt on the field. If the invited participant successfully catches the one punt attempt they will be considered a Grand Prize Winner and will receive fifty thousand dollars ($50,000 CAD) (the "Grand Prize" and also a Prize). If applicable, the Grand Prize will be delivered to the Grand Prize Winner in a manner determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion.

Affidavit and Verification

The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed, incomplete or illegible contact information. Each potential Winner may be required to submit an affidavit of eligibility / release of liability / Prize acceptance agreement (collectively, the "Affidavit") and return the Affidavit within the time period specified at notification before being eligible to receive their Prize. If a potential Winner fails or refuses to sign and return such Affidavit within the time period required by Sponsor or if a Prize or Prize notification is returned as rejected, faulty, unclaimed or returned as undeliverable to such potential Winner, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected. Non-compliance shall result in disqualification and the Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, damaged, intercepted, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify a potential Winner. If a potential Winner fails to respond and/or collect their Prize within the time period specified by Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify such potential Winner and to select an alternate potential Winner from the remaining qualifying participants. If any potential Winner is found to be ineligible, or if they have not complied with these Official Rules, or if a potential Winner cannot redeem any portion of the Prize, or declines a Prize for any reason prior to award, such potential Winner may be disqualified and an alternate potential Winner may be selected. If, for any reason, more bona fide Winners come forward seeking to claim Prize in excess of the number of each type of Prize set forth in these Official Rules, the Winners, or remaining Winners, as the case may be, of the advertised number of Prizes available may be selected in a random drawing from among all persons making purportedly valid claims for such Prize. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant's sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Sponsor will have complete discretion over interpretation of the Official Rules, of administration of the Sweepstakes and of selection of the Winners. Decisions of Sponsor as to the selection of the Winners will be final.

Tax and Prize Conditions

Prize recipients will be solely responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, and for any other fees or costs associated with the Prizes received, regardless of whether the Prizes, in whole or in part, are used. Prizes are non-transferable, with no equivalents or substitutions except at Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. All Prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion. Prize details and availability are subject to change and Prize provider's rules and restrictions, and in the event that Sponsor is unable to provide the Winners with their Prizes, Sponsor may elect to provide Winners with the approximate value of such item in cash or award an alternate prize of comparable or greater value. The Prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). The approximate retail value ("ARV") of the Prizes is based on available information provided to Sponsor and the value of any Prize awarded to a Winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law. The Winners may be required to provide Sponsor with a valid Social Security number before the Prizes will be awarded for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of a Winner. Unclaimed Prizes will be forfeited. Prizes, if legitimately claimed, will be awarded. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and will not replace any lost, mutilated or stolen Prize or any Prize that is undeliverable or does not reach a Winner because of an incorrect or changed address, account name, etc. If a Winner does not accept or use the entire Prize, the unaccepted or unused part of the Prize will be forfeited, and the Sweepstakes Entities will have no further obligation with respect to that Prize or portion of the Prize. The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for, and Winners will not receive the difference between the actual value of a Prize at the time of award and the stated ARV in these Official Rules or in any Sweepstakes-related correspondence or material. Limit of one (1) Prize per person in connection with this Sweepstakes.

By participating in this Sweepstakes, participants agree to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules. If you do not agree to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, you cannot participate in this Sweepstakes.

7. Limitations on Participation

In addition to the eligibility requirements in Section 3 above, FanDuel reserves the right to refuse or otherwise restrict your eligibility to participate in any Sweepstakes for any reason, in its sole discretion, including based on your wagering patterns or wagering history or if you failed to take advantage of any previous promotion in good faith. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law. Limit of one (1) Entry person.

Participants entering the Sweepstakes concurrently with wording, depiction, or images that FanDuel considers, in its sole discretion, to be vulgar, profane, offensive or otherwise inappropriate shall not be eligible for the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor shall not be liable for any problems that occur during the entry process, including without limitation, late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries, and shall not have any obligation to advise an entrant of an incomplete, invalid, or undeliverable submission. No illegible, incomplete, forged, or altered entries will be accepted. Incorrect entries will not be considered eligible Entries.

Administration

Sponsor expressly reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate this Sweepstakes at any time without prior notice or consent. Administration of this Sweepstakes is at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to restrict at any time any person from participating in this Sweepstakes for any reason. In the event Sponsor is prevented from continuing with the Sweepstakes by any event beyond its control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications or equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state or local government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control (each, a "Force Majeure" event or occurrence), Sponsor shall have the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes. Sponsor additionally reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion: (i) to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes should a Force Majeure event or occurrence corrupt or interfere with the administration, integrity, operation, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes; or (ii) to disqualify any participant found to be, or suspected of: (a) tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes; (b) acting in violation of these Official Rules; or (c) acting in an un-sportsmanlike manner.

Any questions relating to eligibility, these Official Rules or any other questions concerning this Sweepstakes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Sponsor and its decisions will be final and binding with respect thereto. No groups, clubs, corporations, companies, partnerships or organizations may reproduce or distribute any portion of these Official Rules to their members.

Release and Waiver of Liability

By participating in this Sweepstakes, individuals agree to release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their directors, officers, employees, partners, representatives and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all liability claims, actions, costs (including attorneys' fees) of any kind whatsoever (however named or described) for injuries, death, damages or losses in connection with: (i) your participation in the Sweepstakes; (ii) the receipt, use or misuse of any Prize, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any Sweepstakes-related activity, including those damages caused by Sponsor's own negligence; (iii) compliance with any terms of service, code of conduct or similar terms and conditions; (iv) the Released Parties' actual or alleged violation of rights of publicity or privacy, claims of defamation or portrayal in a false light or claims of infringement of intellectual property or other rights; and (v) any typographical, human or other error in the printing, offering, selection, operation or announcement of any Sweepstakes activity or Prize. Sponsor expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for injury or loss to any person or property relating to the delivery and/or subsequent use or misuse of any Prize.

Publicity

Subject to applicable law, recipients irrevocably grant the Sweepstakes Entities and each of their licensees, and their and their successors, assigns and sub-licensees the right and permission to use their name, voice, likeness and/or biographical material for advertising, promotional and/or publicity purposes in connection with the Sweepstakes, in all forms of media and by any and all means and media (now and hereafter known), and on and in connection with related products, services, advertising and promotional materials (now known or hereafter developed), worldwide, in perpetuity, without any obligation, notice or consideration, except for providing the Prize to recipients. By participating in the Sweepstakes, recipients agree to refrain from any behavior or communication that would harm the image or reputation of the Sponsor Entities or the FanDuel user community.

No Third-Party Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or in association with any person or other entity, including any third party, other than FanDuel.

Governing Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of recipients and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes will be governed by and constructed in accordance with the internal laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of any other laws.

Dispute Resolution

You agree that any claim or dispute that has arisen or may arise relating in any way to or arising out of the Sweepstakes, or these Official Rules will be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the "Binding arbitration and class action waiver" Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use (). This Section of the FanDuel Terms of Use requires you to resolve disputes by binding arbitration and you agree to waive the ability to bring claims in a class action format.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Miscellaneous

No waiver of any of the provisions of these Official Rules shall be deemed or shall constitute a waiver of any other provisions hereof, nor shall waiver constitute a continuing waiver unless otherwise expressly provided. If any provision of these Official Rules is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Official Rules, which will otherwise remain in full force and effect. Participants agree to waive any rights to claim ambiguity of these Official Rules. Headings are solely for convenience of reference and will not be deemed to affect in any manner the meaning or intent of the documents or any provision hereof. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes-related materials, privacy policy or terms of use on any website, social media platform or application and/or the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, These Official Rules shall prevail, govern and control and the discrepancy will be resolved in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion.

Entry Information and Sweepstakes Communications

As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each participant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver their name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and to comply with applicable laws, regulations and rules. Any information participant provides to Sponsor may be used to communicate with participant in relation to this Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, recipient consents to all of the terms and conditions of FanDuel's Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.fanduel.com/ontarioprivacy.
