What will happen to my existing unsettled bets?
If you have a bet that is due to settle post July 22, 2024, your bet will settle as normal.
As part of our update on July 23rd, 2024 we will be making some changes to your sports betting experience. After the update, you will no longer be able to use the cash out feature on all bets placed prior to July 23rd, 2024, even if they were previously eligible for cash out.
While not all bets are eligible for cash out, we are giving you the opportunity to review your existing bets before 11:59PM on July 22nd, 2024. If you prefer not to use the cash out feature on your eligible bets, or make changes, they will settle as normal.
What will happen to my saved progress on Persistence State Games?
On 23rd July, our persistent state games will also migrate to a new server and restart from an introductory state. Fanduel is required to notify you that any accrued game progress and/or collectible game elements will be lost. The complete list of Persistence State games are available here.
Do I need to update my banking info?
If you consented to FanDuel migrating your saved cards to our new server before June 14th, we already did! You will be able to find your saved cards in your Account section onsite.
If you did not consent, we were not able to migrate your previously saved cards. However, you will still be able to withdraw via Interac or Trustly Online Banking until a card is added to your account.
What about my Interac pending transactions?
You will have the opportunity to withdraw, which takes up to 7 days if you don't have auto-deposit enabled.
Pending withdrawals beyond July 22nd, 2024 will be returned to your wallet, where you can re-attempt the transaction in the new app.
How do I turn on auto-deposits for Interac?

What will happen to my current RG limits?
Absolutely nothing! Your current RG settings (whether you’ve set deposit limits, loss limits, or any other one of our tools) will remain as they are currently set after the update.
Will my change request for my RG limits be fulfilled?
If you would like to decrease any of your RG limits (i.e., make your limits more restrictive), updates will be immediate and will be carried over after the update.
If you would like to increase any of your RG limits (i.e., make your limits less restrictive), this will become effective only after the time period of the previous limit has expired. Please note that any increase to any of your RG limits will not become effective until you reaffirm the request for the increase once this “cooling off” period has ended.
What Should I Expect After The Update?

Why do I need to re-set my multi-factor authentication?
Our new multi-factor authenticator has different authentication options. You can authenticate either through SMS (we will use the mobile number you provided during sign-up) or an Authenticator app. This means our previous means for MFA (which was email-based) will be unavailable.
Upon your first login to the new & improved FanDuel, you will see our new MFA pop-up detailing how to set up an added layer of security to your account.
Where is my bet history?
You will be able to find your bet history with all your bets placed before July 23rd,2024 by following the “View Older Bets” prompt in your new My Bets section.
What will happen to my referrals?
We’re making it easier to keep track of your referrals. Check out your new Refer a Friend Hub where you will be able to see how many referrals you’ve made and the status for the referrals.
