each of the weeks 1 through 12. Finalists will receive a paid trip to Las Vegas to play in the final. The
prize includes flights, one way transfer from airport to event hotel, two nights in a hotel, Saturday night
dinner and party, and entry into the final (including free food and drink for finalist and one guest).

In the event of a tie for first place in a weekly qualifier, the tied players will play a one week 'playoff'
contest the following week to determine finishing position. All other ties (whether in the finals or in
qualifying round) will result in the tied players splitting the prizes for the tied finishing positions.
Eligibility
The final of the FFFC is only open to players aged 21 and over. Anyone who wins first place in a
weekly qualifier round and who is under 21 will have their finishing position swapped with the first
runner up. In other words, they'll receive $700 and the runner up will receive the Vegas trip and seat
in the final.
All other US and Canadian residents who comply with our eligibility rules for paid entry games in our terms of service are eligible
to play. Note, residents of Arizona, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Montana and
Vermont are not eligible to enter this competition. FanDuel employees may enter the competition for testing purposes but are not eligible to win any prizes.
Contestants will only be allowed to qualify for one seat in the FFFC finals. Anybody winning a second seat in the finals would automatically be awarded the second place prize in the weekly qualifier, with the second place finisher taking their place in the finals.
Tax
All US resident finalists will be required to provide address and social security details prior to the
finals event. These details will be used to file a 1099-MISC with the Internal Revenue Service for any
players whose net profit on Fanduel during 2011 exceeds $600.
Publicity
Finalists agree that their full names, location and photos will be used for marketing purposes. They
also agree to speak to journalists where applicable both prior to, during and after the event. Any finalist
unprepared to adhere to this requirement will have their finishing position swapped with the first
runner up that week. In other words, they'll receive $700 and the runner up will receive the Vegas trip
and seat in the final.
The final event
The finalists will be staying on Saturday, December 10th and Sunday, December 11th at a hotel in Las
Vegas (to be named once confirmed). If the finalist cannot make the trip due to extreme circumstances
(such as illness, potential loss of job, death in the family, etc.), they may nominate one other to
go in their place. However, the finalist will still be expected to fulfil their publicity obligations.
Additionally, the finalist may elect to bring one friend, family member or partner to the event, who will
be given free entry to the Sunday finals event and free food and drinks. They will be responsible for
their own travel and incidental costs.
Tickets for guests to the Saturday dinner party will cost $50 per guest. Tickets (including food and
drink) for the Sunday finals event for guests beyond the one complimentary guest will cost $75 per
guest.
Additional terms and conditions
The decisions made by FanDuel management regarding, but not limited to, eligibility, winners, scoring,
travel arrangement, rules and prizes are considered final. No correspondence will be entered into.
FanDuel reserves the right to make reasonable changes to these terms, (a) to ensure the fairness of
competition, and (b) in response to unanticipated developments (such as technical failures, errors, acts
of God, natural disasters, terrorism, changes in applicable law, interruption in the NFL season, failure
