Withdrawls

Might be time to give an option of receiving a check in the mail instead of payment thru paypal for withdrawls. If someone receives a payout thru paypal for a couple hundred bucks or more, the fees add up quick.

We can now do that for withdrawals of over $250. I will add that to the withdrawal info on the site.
