Unable to edit hockey roster 2 hours before contest starts!

Contest S43303 I filled out earlier in the day, the site will not let me change any players. It says i have $45mm remaining cap, no matter who I put in.

Still cannot edit roster, which is filled w/ $3k players. I would like the contest entry cancelled if it cannot be remedied.
